Chemical Engineer and Chemist, born 8/22/25, Ruskin, NB deceased 1/25/13. Preceded by first wife Rosa C. Krogh and parents Clarence and Clara Krogh. Survived by wife Joan, daughter Christine L. Brown (Baird) son Charles J. Krogh (Beth Hudson); 4 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren. Received degrees from U of Nebraska and U of Minnesota. 38 year employee of 3M. Active, for more than 50 years in the American Chemical Society and on many advisory boards with the U of M and the U of N. Trustee of Mendeleev Institute of Chemical Technology, Moscow Russia. Active in technology transfer, serving on many small company boards. Elected to the National Academy of Engineering. Received the Outstanding Achievement Award from the U of M and U of N. Honorary Doctor of Science Degree from the U of M, Earle B. Barnes and Senior Chemists Awards from the American Chemist Society. Memorial services Monday, 11am, with gathering 10am to 11am, at WAVERLY GARDENS, PRESBYTERIAN HOMES, 5919 Centerville Rd, NORTH OAKS, MN 55127 Interment Roselawn Cemetery. Memorials preferred to Presbyterian Homes Foundation/Waverly Gardens Chaplaincy Endowment Fund or to the Rosa C. Krogh Scholarship Fund, Centennial United Methodist Church Foundation or donors' choice.
