Beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend, passed away on January 4, 2005. Preceded in death by her husband, James; brother, Clayton; and sisters, Jane, Hazel Stautz, and Adeline Bohn Burke. Survived by brothers, Percy and Wayne Walstad; sisters, Glenna Tallackson, Deedee Longton; children, Sherri (Mark) Ginther, Larry (Jean) McCauley; grandchildren, Mike McCauley, Kristine Kelley, Deidre Wilson and Dan McCauley; great-grandchildren, Brenden and Haley McCauley, Erin and Liberty Kelley and Dylan Wilson. Lila was originally from Park River, ND, she moved with James to St. Paul in 1948 where she raised her family. She was an x-ray technician and held a variety of Dr. office and volunteer jobs. She touched many lives and will be missed by all who knew her. Service Friday, 11:00 A.M. at GLORIA DEI LUTHERAN CHURCH, 700 South Snelling Avenue. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Visitation Thursday (TODAY) 6:00-8:00 P.M. at BRADSHAW, 678 South Snelling at Eleanor and also one hour prior to the service at church. Memorials are preferred to the American Cancer Society or Gloria Dei Lutheran Church.
