Passed away suddenly on April 28, 2015. Preceded in death by husband, Richard L.; daughter, Karen Garvey; sister, Marion Arndt. Survived by daughters, Kathryn (Jim) Arkell, Paula (Vince) Geiger, Marcia (Craig) DeWolf; 12 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; brothers, Robert & Richard Rasmussen & Peter Miller, Jr. Lil was a soloist, pianist, student of history & the Bible, loved traveling. She was a most special lady; a spiritual anchor to her family, sweet-spirited, gentle, strong & never complaining. She loved her Lord Jesus with all her heart & devoted her life to Him & family. A vital, vibrant mama & grandma, she is profoundly missed by her family. Memorial service Friday, May 15, 2015. Gathering time 11 AM & service Noon at Bethany Ev. Cov. Church, 6490 Stillwater Blvd N., Stillwater, MN. Private burial was May 1. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Samaritan's Purse, one of Lil's favorite charities.
