Lillian Ford-Melcher

On Monday, May 7th 2018, Lillian Ford-Melcher, loving daughter and sister, passed away suddenly at the age of 18. Lillian will be forever remembered by her father Brad Ford, brother Brandon Ford-Melcher, sister Donna LaBere, grandparents Bob and Sharon O'Neil, aunt and uncles Vicki Ford Haberman, Jeff Haberman and Donald Melcher. Preceded by her mother Paula Melcher, grandmother Kum Melcher, and grandfather Wayne Ford. Lillian will also be forever remembered by her extended family and dear friends.

Lillian was baptized and confirmed at Trinity Lutheran Church. Over the course of Lillian's life, Trinity became a pivotal place for her. This is where her passion for teaching began and she grew into a dedicated teacher for their bible study camp. Lillian was planning on attending the U of M in the fall for elementary education.

Lillian will forever be remembered for her caring, compassionate and bright personality. She was extremely generous and dedicated her time to supporting the Relay for Life foundation. She believed in the quote that she had tattooed on her arm, "I will give you the sun." Lillian gave everything to bring happiness to the people that she knew and cared for.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 19th, at 4:00 p.m., with visitation proceeding from 2:00-4:00pm at Trinity Lutheran Church, 115 4th St N, Stillwater.

Memorial donations in memory of Lillian may be made to the family or Relay for Life.
