Yahr, Lillian B. Anstett "LuLu" age 88, went to the Lord peacefully at home surrounded by family on April 26, 2010. Survived by daughters, Barbara Sorenson, Joanne Carlson, Darlene Larson (Kent), Debbie Yahr, Sally Eckman (Steve); sons, Robert Yahr (Marilyn) and Kenneth Yahr. She will be greatly missed by her 23 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, best friend, Ernie Anstett, numerous nieces and nephews, and many friends. She was preceded in death by husband, George; son, Jerry; mother, Lillian Anstett; father, Frank Anstett; sisters, Jenny Granley, Stella Yahr, Evelyn Quick; brothers, Joe, Dave and Ed Anstett; grandson, David John Yahr; son-in-law, Marvin Carlson; Step-daughter, Mary; and step-son, George. Lillian was born on August 7, 1921 in Duluth, MN. In her younger years she performed at Yahr's Amusement park as Spidora (the woman without a body). She worked at Zins Master Bakery and retired from Target on Lake Street. Lillian was the last of her siblings. She lived for her family and was full of love and kindness. We were blessed to have her in our lives! The family would like to thank all the nurses from Allina Hospice and Aspen Clinic for their kindess. Service Friday, 11 AM at BRADSHAW (McDivitt-Hauge), 3131 Minnehaha Ave. S. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation Thursday, 5-8 PM and 1 hour prior to the service.
