Linda Jansen

Linda Joyce Jansen, age 69, passed away peacefully on October 23, 2019.  Linda was surrounded by her sweetheart, Jody, and her children, as she was embraced by our heavenly Father.

Linda was born on May 10, 1950.  She was the firstborn daughter of Dennis and Ruby (Cranston) Smith.  She was born in Menomonie, WI and raised in Cloquet, MN, where she graduated from Cloquet High School.

Linda married Jody on June 28, 1969.  Shortly after, they had son, Michael Jody and daughter, Michelle Lynn.  The family resided in Columbia Heights, MN. Linda was a hard worker.  She tried her hand in many jobs and finally settled in at Honeywell, where she was employed for 30 years.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents: Dennis and Joyce, father in-law: Wallace, brother: Randy, and brother in-law: DuWayne. Linda is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Jody, children: Michael (Jeni) of Warba, and Michelle (Rob) Radermacher of Maple Grove, her grandchildren: Caitlin, Matthew, John, Paul, Abigail, Hannah, Gwenevere, Abbey, and Sawyer, her great grandson: Aiden, her sisters: Rox Ann (James) Severson-Bue, Jeanine (Mike) Timonen, Raenele (Greg) Brooks, sister in-law: Karen and many nieces and nephews.
