Age 87, of South Minneapolis.
Born and raised in Maiden Rock, WI. Passed away peacefully on June 23, 2017. Preceded in death by wife, Joan. Survived by children, Jim (Julie), Carol, Bob (Theresa) and 6 grandchildren. Lloyd served in the US Army and was a Combat Veteran of the Korean War. He was a baseball enthusiast, and was thrilled to see his Chicago Cubs win the World Series last year. His greatest joy came from sharing time with his family. LLoyd was a proud, selfless, and loving husband, father, and grandfather. He will be dearly missed. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, June 28th at 10:30 am at Fort Snelling Memorial Chapel, 200 Tower Ave., St. Paul with a visitation beginning at 9:30 am. Interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
