Born December 30, 1918. Passed away on March 24, 2014. Preceded in death by wife of 55 years Valerie; son-in-law, Steven Ohrt. Survived by daughter Vicki Ohrt of Hudson; son Randy of Stillwater; grandchildren, Matthew, Elizabeth, Christine (Mark) Melhorn, Jenna(Dan)Patrick, Daniel, and Kelci; great-grandchildren, Landon and Ella; Brother James (Diane). Retired from the City of Stillwater, also a member of Bayport Legion. Lowell was a WWII Veteran, lifelong hunter, fisherman and loved camping at Clam Falls Campground. A Visitation will be held on April 1, 2014 from 4-8 PM at BRADSHAW CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTER, 2800 Curve Crest Boulevard (NW corner of Hwy 36 & Co Rd 5), Stillwater.
