Age 66, of Apple Valley and also of Casa Grande, AZ, died suddenly of natural causes on July 28, 2007. Formerly of Deerwood and Burnsville, MN. Survived by her husband of nearly 46 years, Gunner; children, Nancy (Eric) Shively, Rodney (Judy) Petersen and Mark (Karen) Petersen; sister, Janet (Ron) Williamson; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, in-laws, nieces and nephews. Diane was a talented cook, baker, artist and craftswoman. She enjoyed all life's adventures, having owned several businesses with Gunner and traveling extensively, especially with Gunner after their retirement. Memorial Service 11 AM Wednesday at ST. PEDER'S EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN CHURCH, 4600 E. 42nd Street, Minneapolis. Visitation Tuesday, 6-8 PM at BRADSHAW (McDivitt-Hauge), 3131 Minnehaha Ave. S., Minneapolis, and one hour prior to the service at church. Interment Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. Memorials preferred to St. Peder's ELC.
