Marjorie Stoddart

S toddart (Brown), Marjorie “Kitty” Luella
Age 94 of White Bear Lake, formally of Abilene, Kansas passed away peacefully on 5/11/22 with family around her.

Kitty was born in Abilene but did not want to become a farmers wife, so she moved to San Diego, California at age 18. That is when she met a Minnesota man in the Navy and fell in love. In 1948 they got married and moved to the dairy farm he grew up, in White Bear Lake, Minnesota.

She lived a full and active life becoming an archeologist focused mainly in the Southwest area and through her husbands work spent time at the space center in Florida hanging with astronauts.

She was proceeded in death by her husband James W. Stoddart. Survived by her children, James A. Stoddart, Jodel (Jeffrey) Blumenthal and Heidi (John) Swanstrom, 7 grandkids and 12 great-grandchildren.

There will be an intimate celebration of life upcoming.
