Age 87 of Stillwater
Passed away on September 3, 2018. She was preceded in death by her husband, Norbert; parents, Arnold and Hazel Hoffdahl; brother, Wesley Hoffdahl; sisters, Iola Peterschick, LaRae Tretter. Survived by children, LeAnn (Manny) Castillo, Daryl (Arleen), Andrea Borowicz; grandchildren, Mara (Ben) Nalezny, Cody, Kye Castillo, Case Kazeck, Travis, Cole, Alyssa Borowicz; great-grandchildren; brother, Andrew (Bonnie) Hoffdahl; nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Marlene loved polka and country music, RV travel, sports, dancing, and bowling on her beloved A.B. Schaefer team. She was a longtime member of the Washington County Sherriff's Posse Saddle Club, and played softball from high school well into adulthood. She worked at Century College for many years. Marlene enjoyed baking all kinds of desserts and treats. Her hometown of Randall and her family were the most important things in her life. Funeral service will be 4:00PM Friday, September 14 at BRADSHAW CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTER, 2800 Curve Crest Blvd, Stillwater, with visitation one hour prior. Family interment in Randall, MN at a later date.
