Marvin L. Weber

Age 89, of Stillwater, MN, formerly of Birchwood, WI, Rice Lake, WI and Virginia, MN passed away peacefully in his sleep on June 18, 2022.

Marvin was married to Winnifred Samson.  This year, 2022, was their 70th year of marriage.  He was a long time Store Manager for Herberger’s Department Stores, managing stores in Rice Lake, WI, Mankato, MN and Virginia, MN.  In his younger days, he also served as a master sergeant in the Wisconsin Army National Guard.  A lifetime avid golfer, he enjoyed the sport wherever his career took him.  In retirement, Marvin and Winnie enjoyed winters in Mesa, AZ.  While there, he continued to pursue his golf hobby, becoming Arizona State Senior Golf Champion several times.

Marvin will be missed by his surviving family: his wife, Winnie Weber; children, Mark (Marilyn) Weber, Michelle Weber, Maureen (Peter) Kishel, Mace Weber and Myles Weber; grandchildren, Ross (Molly) Weber, Reed (Paula) Weber, and Luke Kishel; great-grandchildren, Anthea, Stone and Blaise; his brother, Edward Weber and many nieces and nephews.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
