Of Roseville
Passed away on November 10, 2021. Mary was born in Florence, Arizona on October 10, 1944 and was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Marge Anderson; mother- and father-in-law, Russ and Doris Haufek; and beloved husband, Robert Haufek. She is survived by her daughters, Julie (Jason) Groh, Patricia (Ross) Marten; grandchildren, Alec (Lyndsey), Cody, Garrett, Allison, Katelyn, Emily; great-grandchildren, McKenna, Amelia; siblings, Bill (Cheryl) Anderson, Jr., Betty (Chuck) Cronquist; Tom (Laura) Anderson, Dick (Fran) Anderson; and many nieces and nephews.
Mary was employed at Ramsey County Public Health for 19 ½ years, where she enjoyed working and making many lasting friendships. She was a beloved wife, mom, grandma, great-grandma, sister, aunt and friend. Her strong faith, commitment to her family, warm smile and friendly personality, along with her constant kindness and compassion for others will be greatly missed along with her homemade cards. Mary was a proud parishioner of Maternity of Mary Catholic Church in St. Paul. She has lived for the past 9 ½ years at Good Samaritan Society – Heritage Place of Roseville, and will be missed by many friends.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30am Thursday, November 18 at MATERNITY OF MARY CHURCH, 1414 Dale St N, St. Paul, with visitation one hour prior. Interment Roselawn Cemetery.
Join us after the burial for a lunch at Ideal Hall (1494 Dale St N, St Paul, MN 55117).
