Mary Laqua

Mary C. LaQua, age 82, died July 20 in Minneapolis. Born to Melvin & Mary (McCue) LaQua. She graduated from Roosevelt High School and worked for Fannie Farmer as a candy packer for over 25 years. Survived by cousins, Anna Manske (Dunn), Mary Ryan (McCue), Mary Agnes Shimota (Traxler); friends, Kate & Tom Hill. Mass of Christian Burial held on Thursday, August 7, 10:30 A.M. at Our Lady of the Prairie Catholic Church, 200 E. Church St., Belle Plaine with a visitation one hour before.
