Beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Sister
Passed away with grace and dignity from pancreatic cancer on January 7, 2019.
She is preceded in death by first husband, John "Jack" McMahon; parents; and brother, Jim Niemczyk. She is survived by husband, Gene Wewerka; three children, Mike (Janel), Carrie, and Mary Sue (Chuck); eight grandchildren, Joe, Kristi, Michael, Hannah, Nick, Elena, Britta and Lucas; siblings, Larry, Eileen, Bill and Sue; and many other family and friends. Mary Kay had a variety of successful careers spanning her lifetime. She loved traveling, gardening, High Tea, walking, and spending time with family and friends. Mass of Christian Burial Saturday 11 AM at ST. JUDE OF THE LAKE CATHOLIC CHURCH, 700 Mahtomedi Ave., Mahtomedi. Visitation one hour prior to the Mass. There will be a luncheon following the service. Private family interment at Resurrection Cemetery, Mendota Heights. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Pancreatic Cancer Action Network or Mayo Clinic Pancreatic Cancer Research Fund.
