He is survived by his wife, Lorraine; daughters, Lynette (Paul) Newman and Karen (Jorge Ibarra) Peterson; grandchildren, Brian, Tamra, Nicole, and Kristin, and was expecting his first great-grandchild in August He is also survived by two sisters, one brother, one brother-in-law and two sisters-in-law as well as many nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives. Preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, and three sisters. A Celebration of Merwin's Life will be Wednesday, 11:00 A.M. at ELIM LUTHERAN CHURCH, 20971 Olinda Trail North, Scandia. Private interment Lakeview Cemetery. Visitation Tuesday, 5:00-8:00 P.M. at BRADSHAW CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTER, 2800 Curve Crest Boulevard (NW corner of Hwy 36 & Co Rd 5), Stillwater and also one hour prior to the service at church. Memorials are preferred to Elim Lutheran Church or Lakeview Hospice.
