Age 89 of Mpls passed away at home on November 10th, 2009. Preceded in death by daughter, Denise. Survived by wife of 59 years, Lilly; children, Terri (Michael) Wilson, Mychal and Michelle (Michael) Lonnee; grandchildren, Danielle & Courtney, Mark & Michael and Kyle, Cory, Mitchell, Samantha & Dominick; great grandsons, Peyton, Cade & Nathan; brother, George (Josephine) Kissell; sister, Martha Tackett; many nieces, nephews and friends. Mike had played football for the University of Minnesota and went on to play pro-football for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. He had taught and coached at Harding High School for 34 years. He was also a Navy Veteran. Mass of Christian Burial Monday 10AM at CHURCH OF ST. HELENA, 3204 E. 43rd St. Private interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Visitation Sunday (TODAY) from 4-8PM at BRADSHAW (McDivitt-Hauge), 3131 Minnehaha Ave So and one hour prior to Mass at the church. Memorials preferred.
