Michael (Mike) Clifford Tuft

It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden and unexpected passing of Michael (Mike) Clifford Tuft, age 55, on April 12, 2025. Mike was a loving husband to Pam and a devoted father to their son, Ryan, 13.

Mike was born in St. Paul and was a proud Eastsider and graduate of Johnson HS. He eventually settled in Woodbury with his family. He graduated from Mankato State University and worked as an IT Lead Analyst, Cyber Security at 3M, where his expertise and dedication were highly valued. His colleagues remember him as a brilliant mind, funny and a supportive team member.

Outside of work, Mike was a man of many passions. He enjoyed playing golf, visiting local breweries, and attending sporting events, especially cheering for his favorite team, the Minnesota Vikings. Family game nights and travel adventures were cherished moments that brought joy and laughter to his family.

Mike's fun-loving personality and infectious enthusiasm for life touched everyone who knew him. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

A memorial service will be held on April 18, 2025, at Bradshaw Celebration of Life Center, 2800 Curve Crest Boulevard, Stillwater, where we will celebrate Mike's life and the wonderful memories he leaves behind. Visitation will be at 10am with a service to follow at 11am and a light lunch.

Mike is survived by wife, Pam; son, Ryan; mom and stepdad, Elisabeth and Chuck; mother-in-law, Shirley; siblings, Thomas (Chris) and Debbie; in-Law’s, Patty (Tom), Rick (Kelly), Allen (Beth), Peggy (Nate); step-siblings, Scott, Jodi, Wendy, Todd; nieces and nephews, James (Phia), Riley, Jordan, Payton, Brandon (Alyssa), Jacob, John, Nathan (Cassy), Zack, Trentyn, Kassandra, Kristina (Patrick), Tim, Alyx, Eric; and many, many friends and family members.

Preceded in death by father, James; and father-in-law, Dick.
