Michael T. Schultz, age 67, of St. Paul passed away peacefully at his home on June 3, 2015 surrounded by his family. Mike was born and raised on the Eastside of St. Paul, graduating from Johnson High School in 1966. He served our country as a Sergeant E5 in the U.S. Army and was awarded the Bronze Star during the Vietnam War. Mike was one of the good guys, he was an extremely kind, sweet, loving person who always had a good word to say about everyone. He retired as a bricklayer, although any job he took on he did well. Mike's favorite saying was "nothing to it". Mike was preceded in death by his parents, Pat and Marie Schultz; brother, Robert (Bob) Schultz. He is survived by his beloved wife of 42 years, Vicki (Kaltenhauser) Schultz; brothers, Pat (Jane), and Jim (Max); sisters, Sue Schultz, and Kathy (Tom) Hoffman; brother-in-law, Walter (Skip) Kaltenhauser; sisters-in-law Cheryl (Curtis) Steffen, Terri (Norb) Keopple, Bonnie (Dick) Tschida, Wendy Edwards, Tammy (Paul) Radeck, Dawn Kaltenhauser, Shelley (Mike) Voss; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. Mike will forever be remembered as a devoted husband, great brother and brother-in-law, favorite uncle and friend to all. We love him very much and he will be sorely missed. VISITATION will be held from 4-8 PM on Tuesday June 9, 2015 at BRADSHAW CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTER (NW corner of Hwy 36 and Co Rd 5), 2800 Curve Crest Blvd. in Stillwater, MN. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL will be held at 10 AM on Wednesday June 10, 2015 at ST. MARY'S CATHOLIC CHURCH, 423 5th St S in Stillwater, MN. Interment to follow at 12:30 PM at the Fort Snelling National Cemetery Assembly Area 5.
