Michael Herbert Segelstrom



Born on October 27,1950



He had an adventurous life, so full of joy that he was able to turn a frown into a smile within minutes. Everyone around him could see how he could make life more fun. He was a joker and didn't take life to serious. He liked old cars. He had a '55 Chevy painted iridescent and he was so proud of this car. He would have you take your shoes off to get in his car and once in the car he would place a 20 dollar bill on the dash board and say "If you can get that money, it's yours!" than when you reached for it, he would hit the gas and laugh as you slid back and couldn't get the money.



He served in The ARMED FORCES OF THE UNITED STATES from October28th, 1969.of April 1971-31st of December 1971 Indochina was served. Michael was honored with decHis education in service: Pioneer 8 wks basic ABN 3 wks, then Vietnam service from the 25th oration metals: Parachute, Vietnam Service metal, Vietnam Campaign metal, Combat Infantry man badge. He had an Honorable discharge to Fort Lewis Washington as overseas returnee. Michael returned home he was able to buy a home and a B.M.X motorcycle, which he used to love to ride. Michael will be missed very much!



He is preceded in death by his younger brother, Douglas and his father, Virgil. The family is mother, Priscilla; 3 brothers David, Darrell, Mark; and 2 sisters, Jody and Laurie. Michael was 57 years old when he died on April 22nd 2008.
