Passed away suddenly on January 10, 2015. Preceded in death by father, Edward; brother, Tom; mother-in-law, Doris Larson; aunt, Cheryl; cousin, Loni; niece, Mollie; sister-in-law, Debbie. Survived by devoted wife of 29 years, Karen; mother, Lois; brother, Brad (Jackie); grandmother, Myrtle (Richard) Flaa; father-in-law, Richard Larson; sister-in-law, Sena (Brian) Norsman; brothers-in-law, Bruce (Candyce) Larson, Jeff Larson; nieces and nephews, Charlie, Hallie, Nelson, Sophie, Erik, George, Donielle, Mandy, Joe, Mary; great niece and nephew, Lily and Beckett and many cousins, extended family and friends. Mike received his music degree from UWRF and worked for many years as an IT professional at HCMC. He entertained us with his musical talents, lively stories and his joy for life. His faith was always steadfast. A memorial service will be held Friday, January 16, 2015 at 11 AM at ST. ANDREWS LUTHERAN CHURCH, 900 Stillwater Rd., Mahtomedi with a visitation one hour prior to the service. Reception to follow at LAKE ELMO EVENT CENTER, 3712 Layton Ave. N., Lake Elmo beginning at 12:30. Memorials preferred to National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) or People Inc.
