Wiscovitch, Miguel A., Sr.
age 44 of Farmington, MN. Born in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico on May 8, 1962. He lost his battle with cancer on March 13, 2007. Preceded in death by niece, Alysia Wiscovitch; nephew, Chad Smithson. Survived by the love of his life, wife Joanne of 25 years ; children, Melissa, Kristina, Miguel Jr. and his husband Brent Wiscovitch; grandchildren, Dominic, Casey, Taya, Savannah, Alexis, Keyonna, Aalyah; father, Arturo and his wife Jenny; brother, Art and his wife Teri; sister, Maria and her husband Michael; cousins Jose and Kathy Clemente; in-laws, Earl and Patti Smithson, Pat and Linda Smithson, Jody and Bob Reichgeld, Jackie Smithson, Tim and Mike Gulbranson; nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. Served 8 years of military service in the Navy, 4 of which were on the U.S.S. Forrestal during Desert Storm. A dedicated 14 year employee of the U.S.
Postal Service. Enjoyed spending time with his family, pets, and his beloved lawn. Many thanks to the nurses on the 3rd floor Oncology wing of Fairview Ridges Hospital in Burnsville. Service Monday, 11AM at BRADSHAW (McDivitt-Hauge), 3131 Minnehaha Ave. So. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Visitation Sunday, 2-6PM, and also one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
