Mildred Ann Gobely (Hanson)

April 11, 1938 - January 18, 2025 of St. Paul, MN

Born in Philbrook, MN. Preceded by husband, James; parents Loretta (Smith) and Magnus Hanson; sisters Marilyn, and Darlene Carlson.

Survived by children, Linda (Mario) Martinez, Michelle, and John (Maria); grandchildren, Cory, Zach, Amber, John J., and Jordan; sisters Donna Hull, Janice (Don) Scott, Jeanne Rooney, brother-in-law Dale Carlson, and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Millie was a devoted Catholic, she enjoyed singing and playing piano, watching the MN Twins, and spending time with her family. She worked many years as a nurses aide.

Special thank you to Lyngblomsten Care Center and the Johnson staff.

Funeral services for Mildred will be held on Tuesday, January 28, 2025 at 11:00 AM at the chapel at Lyngblomsten (145 Almond Ave.) with visitation an hour prior.

Interment with her beloved husband at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
