M. Izola (Crain), age 86, of Lakeland, recently of Croixdale Apartments in Bayport, went to join her savior on Sunday, October 27, surrounded by her loving family. She was born April 7, 1916, in Plum City, WI. A selfless, joyful servant, she devoted her life to serving her Lord and caring for her many family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and sister, and her loving husband, Lawrence. She is survived by children, Marlys Jacobs, Marvin Nelson, and Myron (Joan) Nelson; grandchildren, Debbie (Tim) Kroschel, Becky (Keith) Knefelkamp, Joe (Tracy) Jacobs, Mike (Delores) Jacobs, Steve (Ann) Jacobs, Jim (Jill) Jacobs, Dave (Joanna) Jacobs, Jess (Sadie) Nelson, Carissa (Tony) Fredrickson, and Mike (Molly) Nelson; and 30 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 30, 2 PM at VALLEY BAPTIST CHURCH, 860 St. Croix Trail South, Lakeland. Interment Lakeview Cemetery. Gathering of family and friends on Tuesday, October 29 4-8 PM at BRADSHAW, 6061 North Osgood at Highway 36, Stillwater, and also one hour prior to service at church. Arrangements by Bradshaw, 651-439-5511.
