Milo Ustipak

Milo James Ustipak 3/23/30 - 6/18/09 Milo James Ustipak passed away on June 18, 2009 surrounded by family through-out his final days; after a courageous ten month battle with pancreatic cancer. He was a beloved Husband, Pa, Dad, Grampy, Bubba, Brother and friend. He was survived by his wife, Carol; daughters - Beth Artner (Frank), Susan Ustipak (Malcolm McDonald), Mary Kathryn Ustipak, Anna Wicks (Michael); five loving grandchildren Jason, Katy, Mitchell, Caroline and Christopher; one great granddaughter Antonia; brother Daniel Ustipak; sisters Mildred Plank and Marianne Lindgren (Eugene) and many Nephews, Nieces and Cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents Daniel and Annie K. Ustipak, his brothers Mike and Joseph Vukelich, his sisters Amelia Vukelich and Anne Henderson and his special Aunt - Teta Millie. A celebration of his life will be held on Monday, June 22, 2009 5-8:00 p.m. at the Bradshaw 4600 Greenhaven Drive, WBL. A mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Josephs Catholic Church 619 Poplar Street, Crosby, MN. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the mass. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the American Cancer Society.
