Survived by parents, William & Janice Cook; brother, Mark (Karen) Cook; sister, Michelle Nielsen; nieces, Cassie, Sarah, Lauren, Katie and Isabelle; nephews, Steve and Willie; grand nephew, Tristan and many good friends. Memorial service 2:00PM, Friday, September 3, 2010 at ST. ANDREWS LUTHERAN CHURCH 900 Stillwater Road, Mahtomedi. In lieu of flowers memorials preferred.
