Moses Powell, Jr.
Age 66 of Maplewood, MN (previously of Gary, Indiana), Moses was born on June 25, 1958 and passed away at home on July 22, 2024.
Moses was a retired driver for Metro Transit where he worked for 13+ years. He was also a previous 10U basketball coach for two of St. Paul Parks and Recreation Centers for over 20 years. He was the proud father of 3 children: Latanza, Moses III (Christina) and Dominic. He was married to his dedicated and loving wife, Angelic (Logan) for 41 years.
In addition to his wife and children, Moses leaves to cherish his memory 11 grandchildren, 1 brother, 4 sisters and host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services Thursday, August 1, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Bradshaw Funeral Home. Visitation one hour prior to the service at 10:00 AM.
