Born in St. Paul, MN to Otto and Anna Johnson, married for 66 years to C. Bette Johnson (deceased), survived by brothers Don (Shirley), Howie (Lois), son David (Cathy), daughter Claudia Mills (Harvey) and son Ward (Debra), eight grandchildren and one great granddaughter. Proud of his Scandinavian heritage. He served our country in World War II. His work experience included Eastside Grocery, Samsonite, Connolly Shoe Co., Apogee Enterprises, Conn-Co Shoes, Clutch and U-Joint and Crossroads Properties. He actively served his community through the United Way, Minnesota Association of Commerce and Industry, Rotary and St. Andrews Lutheran Church to name a few. He will be remembered for his positive attitude, generosity and involvement in many business interests and investments. His greatest achievements were his many friendships and devotion to family. Memorial Service 6:30 pm Friday, July 25, BRADSHAW CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTER, 2800 Curve Crest Blvd, Stillwater (NW corner of Hwy 36 and Co Rd 5.) with an opportunity to visit with family and friends one hour before. In lieu of flowers, donations to the charity of your choice are encouraged.
