He will be greatly missed by wife of 56 years, Marylyn; children, Sara Collyar, Linda Boyles, Paul, Doug (Alison); grandchildren, Sara Bibler (Jason), Aaron Boyles (Andrea), Kate Collyar, Joe Collyar (Alicia), Carly Anderson, Devon Brent; brother, Richard (Betty), many friends and colleagues.
Guy graduated from
Carleton
College
in 1950 and the University of Nebraska Medical School in 1954.
He was a Family Physician for 40 years and served in the USAF National Guard from 1960-1989.
A celebration of Guy's life will be Saturday, APRIL 24, 2010 at 3:00 P.M. at BRADSHAW CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTER,
