Passed away surrounded by family on December 23, 2022. Patricia is preceded in death by her late husband, Cortzie; her parents, Dean and Margaret Charlsen; brother, John “Jack” Charlsen; daughter, Sheri Phillips; son, Gregory Callahan; step daughter, Cheri Keil. She is survived by daughter, Kathie Blumer; son, Bob (Lori) Callahan, Mike (Patti Korlin-Downs) Downs, Tim (Sue) Callahan; Step- Daughters, Cathy Dietz, Christy (Lance) Finkley, Colleen Pulczinski; many grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; sister, Janice (Dave) Carlson; brothers, Bill (Carol) Charlsen, Kevin (Cheri) Charlsen. She will be dearly missed by family and friends.

Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, December 28th 2022 at Bradshaw Celebration of Life Center-Stillwater (2800 Curve Crest Boulevard) at 11:00 AM with Visitation one hour prior.
