Age 86, died November 4, 2021. Preceded in death by his parents, Vincent and Julia; sisters, Lois Ivanic, Mary Louise Bowman; and brothers, Peter, Charles, and Richard. He is survived by sisters, Donna (Joe) and Sister Mary Fran Carter, CJS; brother, John (Debora); special nephew, Edward Ivanic; cousin, James Stockton; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Mass Wednesday, November 17, 11:00 A.M. at  St. Albert the Great Church, 2836 33rd Ave S., Minneapolis, MN. Visitation one hour prior.  Interment St.  Mary’s Cemetery. Many thanks to all at Providence Place and Intrepid Hospice care for all you did for Patrick.
