Proceeded in death by grandson TayShawn, parents Earl and Audrey, brothers Ray and Mike. Survived by his loving daughter Felicia and grandson Le'Veon. Siblings Larry (Jean), Cheryl Chapman, Terri (Jerry) Zack, Mary (Rob) Bohland, John, Lorraine, Jim (Kris). Sister in law Gale. And many nieces and nephews.
It is with heavy hearts that we mourn his passing. The pain of such loss is immeasurable, and his presence will be sorely missed by all who knew him.
Patrick was a devoted father and friend, an avid hunter and fisherman, and an honorable veteran. We will always cherish his memory and keep his impact on our lives alive. As we grieve, it is our hope that Patrick's memory will continue to inspire us and remind us of the preciousness of life.
