Paul Vasquez

Paul Vasquez entered the kingdom of Jesus Christ on 12/17/23. His faith was steadfast and sure.

Paul is survived by his wife of 50 years Pamela; three children Karla(Rob) Glad, Dominique(Kevin) Maslowski, and Rachel(Jason) Zaleski. He also leaves behind eight grandchildren, Krissy Wood, Marissa Zaleski, Cory Glad, Trevor Zaleski, Gideon Connell, Gabriel Connell, Owen Glad, and Lydia Maslowski; great granddaughter Kiara Wagner; and many family members.

Paul was a veteran of the Vietnam War where he was awarded three purple hearts. He grew up in Minneapolis, MN to parents John and Helene Vasquez. After the Army, he went on to work as a Minneapolis firefighter for 27 years. The hard work and strong desire to help others that he learned at home and in the Army never left him, as his family can attest.

His Celebration of Life will be at Bradshaw Funeral Home, 3131 Minnehaha Ave, on Wednesday, 12/27/23 at 11 a.m. with visitation an hour prior.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made out to the family.
