Peter Moy

Peter James Moy was born on April 10, 1939 in Eau Claire, WI and passed away on April 5, 2021 in Stillwater at the age of 81 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lester and Deva (Wiemer) Moy; brothers, Gene and Carl Moy and son in law, Warren Ploof. Survived by wife Karen (Sieg) of 60 years; children, Audrey, Jim (Julie); grandchildren, Shelly, Briana, Amanda and Emma; great grandchildren, Hunter, Savana, Jayden, Oliver, Kayden, Noah and Sawyer; sister, Lanna (Larry) Laird. Peter was a member of the US Army National Guard in Wisconsin and Minnesota Division from 1957-1962. Retired employee with United States Postal Service. He was an avid woodworker and he knitted 2200 hats that have been donated all over the world. Active member with the United Methodist Church and Embrace Church. Socially distanced visitation will be held Thursday, April 8th from 4-8PM. Service for family and extended family Saturday, April 10th at 2PM with visitation one hour prior.
