Passed away on May 1, 2014. Preceded in death by loving husband, Neal. Survived by sons, William P. (Carrie), Wesley (Marge), and Wayne; grandchildren, Austin, Matthew, Chelsea (David), Zachary, and Nicholas. Phyllis had a passion for volunteer work and volunteered many places including, St. Paul United Way, MN Literacy Council, and the Neighborhood House. She was an avid reader, wonderful homemaker and had a lifelong love of pottery. A special thank you to the staff of the Arbor at Waverly Gardens for their care. A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 9, 2014 at 11AM at WAVERLY GARDENS CHAPEL, 5919 Centerville Rd, North Oaks with a visitation one hour prior to the service. Memorials are preferred to Waverly Gardens.
