She was born January 7, 1925 to Carl and Florence Larson in St. Paul, MN. Preceded in death by her beloved husband, Harold; daughter, Christine Marie; granddaughter, Nancy Reed; and brother, Warren Larson. She is survived by children, Craig (Linda) and Carol (Jeff) Reed; also survived by six granddaughters, Sarah (Kris) Kielsa, Becky (Ray) Brodeur, Julie (Jason) Richter, Jennifer (Ben) Bukstein, Emily (Ryan) Stegmeir and Lisa (Brian) Zinnel; great-grandchildren, Megan, Rachel, Matthew and Owen Brodeur, Claire, Emma and Grace Kielsa, Reuben Bukstein, Chase and Addison Stegmeir and many nieces, nephews, and family friends. Phyllis was a wonderful homemaker, cook, gardener, decorator, painter, needlework artist and quilter extraordinaire. She lived a full and rich life and especially enjoyed traveling with her husband in their motorhome during their retirement years. A gathering of family and friends to celebrate Phyllis' life will be Friday, May 19, 2017 from 3:00-6:00 P.M. at BRADSHAW CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTER, 2800 Curve Crest Boulevard, Stillwater. Special thanks to the staff at Croixdale, Lakeview Homecare and Hospice and the Gathering at Boutwells Landing. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to American Cancer Society or donor's choice.
