Passed away peacefully at home on April 12, 2022, age 54.
Survived by parents, Robert and Arlene Hart; siblings, Beth (George Pridmore) Hart, Barbara (Joe Simmons) Hart, and Robert Hartwood.
Rachelle was a fabulous caregiver to special needs adults for over 10 years. She loved traveling and had a flair for decorating and cooking. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
