Ralph Herbert Larson

Ralph Herbert Larson passed away peacefully on December, 12th, 2023. Ralph was born in Rockford, Illinois on November 20th, 1933. Ralph's long career as an engineer started at Rockford College, Northwestern University and MIT. Ralph and wife Judith (Rohner) and sons Brian and Glen moved from Ill. to Edina in 1968 when Ralph was hired by Graco. The couple moved to Bayport in 1979 when Ralph worked at Doboy (Richmond, Wi.) followed by EcoWater. "The best boss I ever had" was said by many of his employees.

He was living a vital and active life until a fall just after celebrating his 90th birthday. He enjoyed gardening, making Swedish food and drink, the symphony, the ROMEOs social group and following current affairs.

Ralph's biggest joy was his family. His wife Judith, son Brian (Sonja) and their children Alexis, Alexander, Angela, and son Glen (Anna) and their children, James, Ellen Gallimore (Jamie), Faith (Ted Cincoski), Julia and great-grandson John Cincoski.

There will be a memorial celebration in May in the Twin Cities. Donations may be made to the Bayport Public Library or to the Great Music program at Boutwells Landing, a Presbyterian home facility in Oak Park Heights where they lived the last 9 years.
