Born November 21, 1939 in New York City. Died Saturday, January 6, 2007. Preceded in death by father, Rev. Albert Neibacher, Sr., Long Island, NY; and sister, Susan Neibacher, New York City. Survived by wife, Millie; sons, Albert, III (Melissa), Inver Grove Heights, and Sean (Sue), Inver Grove Heights; daughter, Sarah Waxon, Burnsville; grandchildren, Lucas, Emily, Ethan and Jacob; and mother, Laura Neibacher, Long Island, NY. Memorial Service Sunday, January 21 at 4 PM at CHRIST CHURCH LUTHERAN, 3244 34th Ave. S., Mpls. Visitation 2:30 PM until time of service at the church. Reception to follow service. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Christ Church Lutheran.
