Claire and Richard Dopkins and brother,C. Jerome Carroll. Survived by nephews, Michael, Mark, Steven and Greg Dopkins; other relatives and friends.
Richard was extremely active in the Boy Scouts of America.
He was a registered member of the Boy Scouts for 52 years, serving in many troop, district and council positions and was a Silver Beaver Award recipient.
