Richard Paul

Richard M. Paul, age 91 of St. Paul, passed away peacefully on August 7, 2022. He will be deeply missed by those who survive him: his children, Dee (Dan) NcNeil, Cindi Paul, Denise (Fran) Phillips, Janine (Greg) Tramp; grandchildren, Jacob Thompson, Shawn Thompson, Clinton Paul, Lewis Phillips, Corina Phillips, Derek (Nicole) Tramp, Meghan Tramp, Ethan Tramp; 7 great-grandchildren; and a large extended family. He was preceded in death by his wife, Genevieve Sura; parents, Michael and Loretta; brother, Phillip Paul.

Dick was extremely kind and gentle-hearted. He was a hard worker, providing for his family through running his own business, Mike Paul Electric. He could fix anything, and never really stopped working. He met some of his dearest friends through his service in the Navy, of which he was very proud. Fishing was a favorite pastime, and he loved his lake house on Rogers Lake in Mendota Heights. He was a loyal family man, who always demonstrated unconditional love for his wife and children.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 AM Friday, August 12, 2022 at St. Peter Catholic Church, 1405 Sibley Memorial Highway, Mendota Heights, with visitation one hour prior to Mass. Interment at Roselawn Cemetery.
