Richard Peterson

Longtime Stillwater resident, died on November 29, 2003 following a courageous battle with cancer. He earned his B.A. & M.A. degrees from Mankato State Univ. and worked many years teaching at both the highschool and college levels. He was an avid model railroader and flea market enthusiast. He was loved for his sense of fun and humor which he maintained throughout his life.

He will be missed by wife of 47 years, Ruth; children, Eric (Karla), Craig (Noreen), Liz (Phil) Sheahan; 7 grandchildren; sister, Barbara Thayer; brother, Lawrence (Ruth).
