He will be remembered by his wife of 57 years, Diane; children, David (Barbara Allen), John, Matthew (Marnie) and Amy (Jay) Regnier; grandson, Jake; sister, Judy (Frank) Rose; many nieces and nephews. A celebration of Richard's life will be Thursday, February 22, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. at BRADSHAW CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTER, 4600 Greenhaven Drive at Highway 96 (one mile west of 35E), White Bear. Family will receive friends following the service. Private interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
