Passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family, on September 5, 2014, age 68. Preceded in death by parents, August and Marge; brother, Bernie. Survived by husband of 49 years, Don; children, Mike (Kelli), Mark (Amy), and Jenni Walthall (Chad); grandchildren, Kayla, Nick, Mitchell, Brooke, Brady, Blake, Rachel, Riley, and Beau; siblings, Judy McCallum, John (Kim), and Tom (Mary Ann); sister-in-law, Neta.

Rita was all about her precious family. Her infectious smile and warm heart will be forever remembered by her family and friends. She was a mother to many and a friend to all.

Mass of Christian Burial Thursday, September 11, 12:00PM at GUARDIAN ANGELS CATHOLIC CHURCH, 8260 4th Street North, Oakdale. Visitation 2 hours prior to the Mass at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the family to be designated to Rita's favorite charities.
