Robert C. Agar

Robert C. Agar, age 91, of Stillwater, Minnesota, passed away unexpectedly on October 18, 2024. Born in Langdon, North Dakota, he was the only child of Homer and Rachel (Curry) Agar. His father's work in airplane maintenance during WW II brought the family to St. Paul, MN. Bob graduated from Central High School and attended the University of Minnesota and Macalester College. During the Korean War, he served his country in the Army as an electric engineer (Germany), before starting his career with the State of Minnesota at the Highway Department and eventually retiring from the Department of Administration. Predeceased by daughter, Claudia, in 2002. Survived by wife, Inez; two daughters, Sara and Amanda; Son-in-law, Chris, and two adored grandchildren, Benjamin and Annabelle. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, and grandpa. Private family service.
