Robert Armitage

Robert Dale Armitage, loving husband, father and grandfather, died peacefully on January 5, 2019 in the company of his family. Survived by wife of 51 years, Kathy; sons, Dale (Krista) and Dan; grandchildren, Matthew, Alex, Eli, Emma; brother, Neil (Corinne) Armitage; nieces, nephews, friends. Preceded in death by parents, Dale and Bethel; brother, Tom; nephew, Ben. Bob enjoyed elk, deer and pheasant hunting, golfing, fishing and skiing, and gardening. He was CEO of the Board of Social Ministry. He was a man of honor, integrity and kindness, and taught others through his faithful example of a life well-lived. Visitation will be 5-8PM Friday at BRADSHAW, 2800 Curve Crest Blvd, Stillwater, and an hour prior to service at church on Saturday. Memorial service will be 11AM Saturday at CHRIST LUTHERAN CHURCH, 150 5th Street, Marine on St. Croix. Memorials preferred to Lakeview Hospice, Christ Lutheran, or Family Means.
