Passed away Saturday, August 2, 2014 with his family by his side. Robert was born December 19, 1925 to Lawrence & Marie (Heue) Augustine from Hastings, MN. Robert was co-founder & co-owner of Afton Alps ski area up until 2013 with brother, Paul. He was a long time farmer in southern Minnesota. He served in the United States Army during the Korean War. He is survived by daughter, Jacqueline Schleusner; granddaughters, Amie (Matthew) Tetrault, Heidi (Jon) Schroetke; great grandson, Wesley Owen; longtime friend, Elaine Albertson; sisters, Rosie Sieben, Sr Delores Augustine; many nieces & nephews. Robert will be honored with a private family service.
