Passed away on June 30, 2014 at the VA Medical Center in St. Cloud. Preceded in death by parents, Horace Parker, Lynn and Doreen Nelson; sisters and brother, Diane, Dawn and Phillip; sisters in law, Julie, Marcia and Barb. Survived by daughter, Justein Parks(Aaron Wazwaz); son, Robert Parks Jr.; grandchildren, Khadrah, Marouf, Zayna and Abdallah; former wife Debbie Parks; brother and sisters, Larry Parks, Gloria Parks, Gerry Parks, Richard(Gayle) Parks, Karla Nelson and Kelly(Shannon) Dorr; nieces and nephews, Melissa, Jessica, David , Darla, Claire, Gerry Jr., Nicole, Michelle, Phillip Jr., Dawn Marie, Steve, Lisa, John, Sam, Kaitlin, Ashley, and Abbey. Vietnam Army Veteran. Service Tuesday, 12:00PM with visitation beginning at 10:00AM at BRADSHAW 1078 Rice @ Magnolia. Interment Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.
