Passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, December 7, 2017.Preceded in death by his parents, Donald Rabine and Jeanette Rabine Carter. Survived by his loving family; wife of 46 years Becky, daughter Bobbi (Jason, Isabella, Greyson), sister Judy (George) Everts, and Jim Carter. Bob enjoyed spending time with immediate and extended family and friends, including 9 brothers and sisters-in-law, 11 nieces and nephews, and 2 great-niece & nephew. He stayed active by golfing, biking, walking, and traveling. After retiring from a 45 year career with the Minnesota Department of Transportation, Bob returned to MNDOT on a part-time basis. He is loved and already missed by many. Mass of Christian Burial Monday, December 11th, 11:30am at CHURCH OF ST. PIUS X, 3878 Highland Ave, White Bear Lake. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to Mass with a luncheon immediately following the service. Interment at Resurrection Cemetery. Memorials preferred to the American Heart Association.
