Resident of Oak Park Heights (Boutwell's Landing), St. Paul native, 40 year resident of Sacramento, CA. Preceded in death by parents, Robert G. and Florence V. Swanson. Survived by beloved wife of 60 years, Arlene; loving sister, Betty Swanson; his Angels from MN, Julie, Sandy, and Diane; and many nieces, nephews, and friends. Graduate of the U of M and long-time employee of Shell Oil, Bob was a kind and gentle man and will be greatly missed by his many relatives and friends, especially Don and Barb Wolf of Sacramento, CA. Service Monday, 11:00 A.M. and BRADSHAW CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTER, 2800 Curve Crest Boulevard (NW corner of Hwy 36 & Co Rd 5), Stillwater. Visitation one-hour prior to the service. Interment at Lakeview Cemetery, Mahtomedi. Memorials preferred the Minnesota Alzheimers Association, 4550 W 77th St. Suite 200, Minneapolis, MN 55435
